Maintenance Engineer Full Time

• Job Details: Allocating work to a team of fitters. • Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate. • Fitting new parts. • Carrying out quality inspections. • Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns. • Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed. • Making scheduled checks and replacement on machinery and parts. • Perform repairs and services on all models of generator sets. • Inspections, repairs, services and start-up load bank test requirements on equipment. • Troubleshooting equipment and servicing generator components including alternators, wiring harnesses safety devices, shutdown switches, and battery systems. • Apply proper engine technical skills in inspection, disassembly, failure analysis, assembly, diagnosis, and engine operating performance tests. • Identify the problem and cause of failure through logical troubleshooting steps, determine corrective action through inspection of failed parts. • Repair and troubleshooting engines such as Perkins, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, John Deere, MTU and Volvo. • Other duties as assigned.

Technical Office Engineer and supervisorFull Time

• Job Details:To Design, implement and oversee the installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (DX, Chillers) to meet specifications considering all levels of design from zoning and load calculations to commissioning. • To create or revise technical drawings, troubleshoot issues on jobs and help with bidding. • To assist the section head in setting objectives & plans. • Review of tender document including the scope of work, specifications, and value engineering, tender bulletins, bill of quantities, technical offer, technical clarification, and list of deviation to the specification, the scope of work knowing the market prices and authorized dealers to collect the best prices from them. • Preparing time schedule for the project, controlling the synchronization of work with all the project stages, supervising all the works levels and technicians’ quality of work ensuring that all the installations are built as drawings. Design Tools: • Design and distribution for the HVAC system considering the building circumstances and not conflicting with the Architecture dimensions, electric and fire equipments considering energy saving using Codes, Standards and Catalogues. • Cooling and heating load design and calculations using HAP considering ASHRAE Code. • Unit Selection up to the catalogues and the owner requirements. • Duct construction & fabrication according to SMACNA. • Duct sizing, Pipe sizing using schedules, standards and software. • Air outlet selection and Air distribution using standards and catalogues. • Auto CAD for Shop drawing considering real dimensions and scale.
