Walid Has 28 Years Experience In The Architectural Field. Responsible For : As Consultant Representative (R.E.) : *Manage Study and Approve All Architectural Details And Required Coordination . * Site Supervision, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Monitoring Specifications And Following Up All Contract documents Procedures . * Follow Up Coordination Between All Services Sub Contractors And Main Contractor. * Space planning & Interior design development . * Following Up Shop Drawings Submittals & The Material Procurement Schedules . * Follow UP To Maintain Q.C./ Q.A / Cost Control And Completion Date As Per Approved C.P.M. . * Preparing The Monthly Progress report . * Monitoring All The Safety Regulations Followed By Contractors . * Follow Up With Site Supervision Engineers * Maintain Full Satisfaction Of Client Representative And Construction Manager If Any. * All Other Related Tasks. As Contractor Representative (P.M.) : * To Follow All The Contract Documents Such As : ( General Requirements, Particular Conditions, Specification And B.O.Q ) . * Prepare The Following And Get The Approvals' By The Consultant Such As : Project Construction Schedule . List Of Sub Contractors . List Of Shop Drawings . Material Procurement Schedule . etc * Follow Up The Coordination With Sub Contractors And Review For Any Variation Orders . * Prepare All The Requested Logs For All Correspondence With Consultant . * Follow Up To Get The Approvals Or Reply For All The Activities , Correspondence And Transmittals With Consultant Such As : Check List, R.F.I,Samples, Mockups, etc. * All Other Related Tasks.
