Of Ramadan city, Egypt. Villa 500 m2 (basement + 4 floors) – 10th. Of Ramadan city, Egypt. Cairo plaza (7 residential buildings X 13 floors) – Mataria, Cairo, Egypt. OPAL business complex (comm. /admin. Mall 12 floors) New administrative Capital, Cairo, Egypt. Villa 800 m2 (basement + 4 floors) – New Cairo city, Egypt. Responsibilities: - Manage the supervision / QS / Engineering and planning teams. Supervise, inspect and manage the construction activities in all phases of the project. Review the contracts/bills for the subcontractors & suppliers. Choose the optimum contractor after review the technical & financial proposal and negotiations. Coordinate between all disciplines to avoid any clash. Review the follow up reports, shop drawing and approved the project materials. Monitor& control the project time & cost according to the baseline. Monitor & control the quality management plan. Monitor the project resources to finish the project on time within budget in safe conditions. Attend the progress meeting with the project owner / sponsor to achieve his requirements and satisfaction.
