• Job Details:• IT department Stock Controller. 1 - Responsible for pc Machines. 2 - Stock Controller. 3 - Stock Taking. 4 - Insert the Invoices to the System. 5 - Work Document Circle. 6 - Monitor Negative Stock. 7 - Making a Good Environment in the Work. 8 - Achieve The Company Goals. 9 - Follow up Receiving & Outgoing of Product. 10 - Making all reports about goods movement. 9 - Follow up Receiving & Outgoing of Product. 10 - Making all reports about goods movement. • IT department Store System. 1. Ensure shelf edge label are correct and place 2. Ensure products are properly bar-coded. 3. Prepare purchase order for warehouse and direct suppliers and review with store manager prior to sending. 4. Replace old promotion signs and prepare appropriate shelf talkers. 5. Attend receiving of products with the backdoor in presence of the duty manager and replace the backdoor for night deliveries. 6. Data entry or all transaction into the system ( invoice – returns – waste - transfers ). 7. Print all reports needed by head office and store manager & send them on time. 8. Ensure all documents are properly filed. 9. Monitor all negative stocks on system & missing items verify reasons and report finding to store manager and retail office. 10. Follow up and ensure proper documents are prepared for internal transfer, approved by section manager and entered into the system. 11. Attend and perform quarterly and annual stock takes and report reasons for discrepancies. 12. Check counter scales and ensure that they are properly function (selling price + calibration ). 13. Work together with store manager to ensure evaluation to avoid out of stock. 14. Any additional tasks assign by IT Department required in performing the job.
