• Job Details: Corporate Finance.  Cash Management .  Employ working capital strategies and tools to efficiently manage current assets and liabilities.  Risk Management . Monitor , control & Manage corporate exposure to financial and operational risks.  Trade finance , manage all kind of Trade finance transactions (All types of L/C’s , L/G’s , imported bills for collection , form 4 & reviewing payment terms in all commercial contracts .)  Syndicated loans to finance CAPEX , Expansion & Mega projects.  Building strong relations with banks & internal departments to facilitate day to day business.  Troubleshooting of daily transaction issues and execution of foreign currency trades.  Develop, implement and communicate global cash management policies and procedures, identifying strategic needs based on a global liquidity assessment, pursuing and evaluating best practices for funding and capital management.  Direct cash management and borrowing strategies, providing insight and recommendations aimed at improving working capital and reducing Company interest expense where possible.  Review, analyze and forecast cash collections/disbursements, coordinating month-end treasury reporting and cash forecasting.  Evaluate bank services and fees, monitor bank performance and make recommendations for savings or added new or better services.  Determine proper capital structure , manage costs of long term capital & quantitatively evaluate capital resources investments.  Ensure sufficient funding for new projects , Expansions (CAPEX) & usual payables (WC ) are available on its due dates .  Strong background in import & export procedures.  Monitoring of receivables – review of aging, continuous follow up for collection of receivables.  Ensure treasury transactions reports & cash position are presented on time to the CFO to assist & facilitate decision making.  Build strong treasury team : coaching , motivating & directing my team to get the ideal performance out of treasury team through a positive work environment , active listening , close communication & taking them with me.  Optimizing , managing & controlling unplanned financial Costs ( may resulted due to exposed to Foreign currency Fluctuation & interest rates fluctuations.)  Ensure Stand-by Letters of Credit and Letters of Guarantee terms are valid .  Perform annual review of credit limits & its terms .
