ATM: calculating and estimating ATMs replenishment assigning the replenishment schedule and aligning with both corporate agents and Falcon daily monitoring and reporting ATM maintenance opening tickets with NCR, aligning with Falcon - E-banking: responsible for the entire organization's E-banking service (team of three) with full hands on experience (creation, reissue and troubleshooting...etc) -Wallet: TMS (Creation, modifying, did both roles maker and checker) DWP (transactions investigating and tracing loopholes) responsible for the entire organization's Wallet service (team of three) answering staff enquirers and assisting them to help clients generating reports and presenting them to the department manager . E-mails: responsible for typing and replaying for all of the Call Center Department E-mail group whether it is internal or external parties, armed with an excellent command in English Grammar and a vast pool of vocabulary which ensure clear and decisive communications
