• Job Details: Lead and manage the annual budget, acting as the project manager for the budget planning process and create a consolidated budget version for management approval.  Design and produce monthly reports that include financial performance, operational dashboard report, KPIs measurements for both essential revenues & costs with global focus on variances.  Lead the preparation of financial analysis and commentary and presentation materials for executive review meetings.  Budget control through maintaining the actual figures align with budget.  Support, design & evaluate current & future company policies.  Establish feasibility studies for the new projects & businesses in the company.  Cash Flow expectation for the Whole Year to meet company obligation.  Support CFO in achieving departmental goals and objectives, ensure that the CFO has the relevant information needed to support decision-making.  Member in the steering committee (SC) of the company  3 year business plan projections.  Effectively manage all finance activities of the Company.

Chief accountantFull Time

• Job Details: Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.  Ensure timely closing of accounts.  Preparing Operating & Capital Budget for the Whole Year.  Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements  Management reporting for submission to HQ in KSA.  Perform cash flow forecasting.  Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
