Although I am a computer engineer I am into managing and working with supporting and operating the software rather than coding it. Working in this area since 2011. I am a well-qualified support professional with a positive and friendly attitude. Strong attention to detail, professional leadership skills , effective communication skills and a solid history of dealing with clients. looking for a related position with room for advancement. Worked in many social volunteering projects since 2009 till 2013 and started my first online service (crocobite.com) website in 2011 we were building websites using word-press and selling hosting plans. Later in October 2017 registered my first company Getserve dedicated to help companies with no IT departments by providing them with IT consulting network , camera surveillance and firefighting solutions. we managed to reach the break even point after 6 months and started to generate revenue after 8 months.
