• Job Details:1-Performing day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring site engineers. 2. Inspects construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans specifications and safety standard. 3. Review daily elevated reports prior conveyance to construction manager. 4. Supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiency by allocate material, equipment & manpower. 5. Assure availability of engineering document of latest approved revision. 6. Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required. 7. Supervise sub-contractors and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all site activities. 8. Plan with site engineers the necessary resources to accomplish the tasks which are assigned to them. 9. Coordinate and organize the ongoing activities with other trades executed in the same area. 10. Coordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems. 11. Coordinate and organize the ongoing activities with the consultant. 12. Review plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Civil Site Supervisor (Client representative)Full Time

• Job Details:Responsible for all civil activities at site. 2. Review the detailed monthly work plan as per the approved work schedule for the Subcontractors considering the Steel Structures, Mechanical Equipment and Piping erection requirements. 3. Ensure that the resources are made available by subcontractors to achieve the monthly work plan. 4. Ensure that the required material is made available on time to avoid any delay for the monthly work plan. 5. Supervising deep foundation works (Bored piles). 6. Monitor the work progress for timely execution of the monthly work plan through daily site meetings and weekly progress reports/weekly site walkdown/ weekly meetings with subcontractors. 7. Lead the weekly QC meeting & walkdown with subcontractor. 8. Conduct site field inspection to assure construction quality meets plans and specifications. 9. Provide lead discipline with information on potential claims, impeding delays which might. 10. Provide leadership & direction to subcontractors during Project Execution 11. Jeopardize the subcontractor’s performance and make recommendation for corrective action. 12. Attend project meetings and participating in GE principled negotiation team. 13. Reviews the Non-Conformity Reports, analyses the root causes, corrective actions and preventive actions. 14. Review RFIs, IRs, NCRs, FCDs and punch lists. 15. Ensures timely closure of Construction Site NCR s. 16. Ensures witnessing and approval of calibration tests for concrete Patch plant.
