• Job Details:Supervised the mechanical installation and commissioning during the project stage in compliance with drawings specifications. Initiated reliable and safe plant for the least operating cost, acting proactively to achieve continuously improved equipment, and extracted value from it. Prepared standard of preventive and predictive maintenance (SMP), permits to work (PTW) for hot, cold, and confined space, job method statement (JMS), job safety analysis (JSA), and hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA), and reviewed/updated on a yearly basis. Provided a safe system of work (SSW) is achieved, sustainable, and in continuous improvement. Arranged training plan for the maintenance team according to the safety plan and each employee development plan. Ensured good communication & collaboration across departments to optimize resources allocated and activities. Prepared critical equipment list and updated it on a yearly basis. Conducted monthly maintenance report, and key performance indicators (KPI). Ensured maintenance department activities are aligned with the company strategic plan and match the needs and expectations of our stakeholders. Proposed & supported all improvement ideas and activities (safety and technical wise). Prepared and reported management of change ideas (MOC), return of experience reports (REX) to the top management and shared it with other plants. Reviewed and updated yearly purchasing contract and ensured all materials and tools required availability, reviewed it on a quarterly basis. Followed up information recording with CMMS coordinators. Followed daily tasks with mechanical team, gave technical support when needed. Conducted internal technical and safety training for the mechanical team according to the training plan.
