• Job Details: Receive materials from suppliers, match them with purchase orders issued by the company and delivery permits issued with the supplier, and ensure compliance.  Prepare daily exchange orders for the raw materials to be used in the factory and check the required quantity and type of raw materials.  Prepare daily production reports of the actual material used, the amount of waste and the amount of material returned to the store.  Prepare a card of items for each materials of exchange and return and incoming.  Prepare weekly inventory of raw materials to ensure compliance with the balances of the card and prepare a daily report to the Board of Directors of raw materials.
