• Job Details:- Support site manager, controller, EMEA Supply Chain Finance and other departments by preparing ad-hoc reports. - Support in external and internal audit. - Support in annual operation plan preparation and submission. - Participated in two Oracle implementations. - Lead annual exercise for Standard Cost Setting and assist in upload to Oracle. - Lead and participate monthly closing activities. - Lead new products costing based on innovations from Marketing and R&D departments. - Prepare and submit monthly Oscar reports. - Prepare and submit monthly deferrals forecast. - Review and approve monthly provision studies for inventory. - Review of cost of goods sold equation. - Review monthly PPV and MUV analysis. - Supervise annual physical counts. - Review production batches on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure usage is adhered to BOMs and scrap factors. - Prepare Monthly MUV analysis and submit to Costing manger and production manager. - Prepare Monthly PPV analysis and submit PPV adjust entry for GL team. - Assist in new products costing and ad-hoc costing from other departments. - Prepare cost of cost of goods sold equation on a monthly basis. - Review on inventory movements for raw and pack, finished goods and supplies warehouses. - Review of Inventory receiving areas accounts. - Review IDCs monthly for imported shipments. - Prepare Costing sheets for imported Raw, Packaging and Spare parts shipments. - Perform monthly physical counts for inventory.
