• Job Details:Reviewing all stock receipts & issuance and record it in accordance to maintain the inventory balances. Prepare a weekly reconciliation between F.G books & F.G cards and detect any difference. Prepare a daily reconciliation between R.M books & R.M cards and detect any Difference. Prepare a monthly reconciliation between spare parts books & spare parts cards and detect any difference. Prepare a monthly reconciliation between F.G issuance & actual sales. Maintain and monitor warehouse controls and documentation cycle. Reviewing and reconciling daily, weekly & monthly production report to book balances. Conducting the smooth functions relating to requisition, receipt, stacking, and dispatch of goods and supplies. Organizing the systematic storage of material Maintaining inventory of all supplies and making note of damaged goods etc. Performing all duties assigned by the warehouse manager or supervisor. Coordinating with transporters and suppliers for the dispatch and procurement of goods. Following proper documentation and safety procedures of all warehouse functions. Supervising and overseeing the functioning of all subordinates. Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements (technical service, vendors, etc.), ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders from production, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.

Responsible of warehousing and storage of products. Responsible for all documents accounting cycle. Ensures the safety and security of the warehouse and products stored.
