• Job Details:- A COO is usually heavily involved in developing strategic management initiatives. - Control over the day-to-day operations of the departments - review individual department plans for the up coming goals - management structures vary cording to the unit . - heavily involved in developing strategic management initiative analyze system specification and translate system requirement to task specification for developers. - offering input on decision regarding expansion, acquisitions,cost- containment debt reduction,staff downsizing or the consolidation of multiple locations problem and debugs coding errors. - Responsible for monitoring and tracking the progress of all areas of the department. - The coo must ensure that each departments goals and spending fit in with the unit overall plans. - handing administration duties for his unit. - logistic duties include overseeing supplies to ensure the unit has adequate inventory of every thing it needs

• Job Details:- Advise the commander and staff on all communications related issues. - Develop policies and procedures for the battalion regarding communication. - Responsible for Electronic Counter- counter Measure (ECCM). - Establish and maintain networks within the battalion. - Maintain and account for all communication equipment. - Coordinate integration of battalion communications systems into those of a supported maneuver. - Coordinate with signal units for communications support. - Manage and direct communications security. - Plan,manage,and direct automation system administration,maintenance,and security.
