• Job Details:- Studying Tenders to understand the nature of Project and Contract. - Reviewing provided Contract, ITT, BOQ, Drawings and Specifications for the new Project. - Breaking down BOQ items to send them to provided Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors. - Receiving quotations from Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors. - Make sure that the quotations comply with the Employer required and provided Specifications. - Prepare the BOQ to receive the Dry Cost unit rates. - Breakdown BOQ items that will not be assigned to Subcontractors in order to properly price them. - Prepare the Indirect Cost, Markup and Profit required for the assigned works. - Prepare queries of any unclear or not provided items in Contract, BOQ, Drawings and Specifications to send them to the Employer Consultant or Project Manager. - Finalizing the Commercial Offer including priced BOQ and cover letter that contains pricing basis and any points that may deviate from the Employer's Instruction to Tenderers (ITT). - Post Tender negotiations to clarify any unclear point. - Making P.Os and P.Rs for materials. - Follow up the supply of the material to site and its installation. - Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement. - Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
