I came to know that one of our existing customers is about to sign with one of our competitors for a national project with the cost of 5 million Qr, immediately I requested a meeting with the customer to find out why will he give the project to a competitor at the beginning he refused to tell the reason but later on he informed me that he is having some personal issues with our GM, I promised him to sort it all out if he will hold signing the contract for few days and he accepted that. Met with our GM briefed him with the situation managed to convince him to meet with the customer to sort out the personal issues between them, meeting was done successfully, deal was closed and I managed to double my yearly target.


As a Senior sales I took the challenge to approach one of the biggest customers that our company tried for 10 years to sign contract with but they failed, started up with phone calls and meeting requests up to attending company ceremony for their employees that I’m not even invited for to be able to meet the VP and I managed to meet him and schedule a meeting with him at his office, after 03 month of presentation, workshop and negotiation they signed the contract with us and this with a big adding value to our company profile.
