Senior Facilities Engineer (EPC) Full Time

• Job Details:I have been working for Occidental (Oxy) since they took over the Mukhaizna Field in September 2005. During this time, I have been an active contributor as the thermal operations have progressed from 8,000 BOPD and 2,000 BSPD to over 120,000 BOPD and 450,000 BSPD. During these almost 7 years, I have filled many roles starting as a Water plant (RO) and steam generators Supervisor, hired as an Oxy Commissioning Engineer, promoted to Commissioning Projects Engineer. And finally as a Senior Operations Facilities Engineer serving as a Projects Manger (EPC) During this time, I have gained considerable Thermally Enhanced Oil Recovery (TEOR) knowledge and experience in various key aspects: extensive design, operations and surveillance skills. I am experienced with all types of Water Treatment including pump-off controllers, variable speed drives. I have considerable experience with producer and steam injection. I also have several years experience Managing EPC Projects. monitoring TEOR facilities and optimizing them for throughput and reliability. These include Reverse Osmosis (RO), Mechanical Vapor Compression (MVC) and Strong Acid Cation (SAC) water softening treatment plants. I also have been involved in optimizing Once Through Steam Generators (OTSG’s) and Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG’s) as part of Oxy’s cogeneration plants including steam separation and quality testing methods. I also have over 15 additional years of Engineering and Operations experience with American Company in several Eni’s concessions in Egypt working for Water Treatment and Power Generation Plants. During all this time, I gained expertise with production operations, materials handling, operations logistics, maintenance practices, laboratory analysis and mentoring employees. I also help write commissioning, process start up, standard operating and shutdown procedures.

Project Engineer (EPC) Full Time

• Job Details:Ridgewood Egypt working in Water treatment (RO Desalination) and Power Plants. New projects (EPC). Upgrade the existing projects
