• Job Details:Technical Product Manager BIRCO ME – QBC “in charge of getting the precast Products approved by consultants by giving technical presentations and having technical discussions. And responsible of the installation process and onsite technical support. -In charge of building the new production facility in Doha from designing the facility plan after having a training in BIRCO-GMBH Germany. Assigning building contractors, purchasing plant equipment (concrete batching plant, lab equipment, handling equipment, casting machinery and precast moulds for various products) -Operating the production facility and managing the Production to make sure that the manufacturing process is running properly as per the production plan. - Introducing precast products to the construction industries market in the G.C.C market. - Working on technical submits and getting the precast products approved by design consultants. - follow up of projects from the purchase order, delivery and full technical support for onsite installation and installation training sessions for projects contractors. - Projects (Abu Dhabi International Airport-Abu Dhabi, Trucks Highway 55- Doha, Qatar National Museum- Doha, Le Louvre Museum- Abu Dhabi, Dubai City walk- Dubai, Dubai Tram- Dubai Marina, Orbital Highway-Doha)

• Job Details:Production Engineer at Saudi Bin laden Group-precast concrete production company (SBG-PCPC), Jeddah- Saudi Arabia. - Administration on the production operation and assurance that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed. - Orchestration of production schedule. - Development and exploration of new production methods. - Review and assessment for potential projects - To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods - To raise purchase requisition for production material requirements and to ensure that materials are properly stored in the factory. - To evaluate non-conforming materials/products and to decide necessary recasting and repair works - To ensure that plant machineries and equipment are properly operated. Main Projects (KASC Jeddah, Mecca Gate, Mecca Holy Mosque expansion projects and other various projects)
