• Job Details:• Customer Advanced Solutions: Hosting, Messaging and Teleco provisioning supervisor engineer. • Responsible for customers solutions technical offers, service design, implementation and support. • Uses discretion to recommend and execute new work procedures for team. • Identify and provide solutions to customers as they come up in the day to day servicing of our customers. • Ensures the quality of tasks provided by self and others on team. • Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes decisions for staffing, pay increases, promotions, terminations, staffing, etc. • Monitoring and escalation procedures relative to the appropriate SLA • Managing the request life-cycle, including closure and verification. • Motivate team members to exceed in teams objectives and personal goals. • Independently deals with variable customers issues with potentially broader business impact.
