• Job Details:Execute the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific project which assigned by egID from initiation to specified deliverables and closure phase, the key assignment is to accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. Key Duties and Responsibilities:  Agreeing project objectives, and providing advices on the management of projects in respect of CMMI process implementation.  Organizing the various professional people working on a project, and assign resource upon company skill matrix.  Carrying out risk assessment, Issues, project’s measurements.  Making sure that all the aims of the project are met, in respect of previous lessons learned and issues from same older projects.  Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors, and monitoring sub-contractors to ensure their progress and deliverables.  Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing with internal and external clients, including tenders and contracts.  Evaluate current business practices, looking for ways to improve productivity, reduce costs, and make the best use of the business’s resources.  Identifying areas for improvement, implementing improvement strategies as agreed with top management, data analysis, using statistical analysis based on company history.
