Technical Support Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:• Provide end user support for all LAN- based applications • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. • Perform system backups and recovery • Monitoring the network efficiency, carrying out any changes needed to improve performance • Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide. • Server and Desktop administration and hardware maintenance of Windows and Linux systems • Responsible for the configurations and support of the complete network infrastructure • Responsible for communication with external partners (ISPs, Cloud providers, data centers)
