• Job Details:My Key tasks are 1.Reporting to site team leader. Performing daily inspection for all site activities, Civil, Mechanical &Electrical. Ensure all the work has been done in accordance with project quality plan and international standards requirements. 2.Approve all material & equipment received at site, and endorse relevant reports, observations or NCR in case of non-conformity. Responsible to carry on QA/QC assessment. 3.Reporting to site team leader. Monitor daily activities at site, and ensure all the work are going in accordance with the approved time schedule. Creating a recovery plan for site activities in case of any expected delay in the project time schedule. 4.Follow up EPC Contractor’s time schedule provided, and making required data analysis in a summary report. Attend the daily meeting with EPC Contractor’s construction team and discuss work progress and look ahead plans. 5.Responsible for manage tasks overlapping activities at site, and issuing Observations or NCR for any expected risk or nonconformity. 6. Monitor the Contractor’s activities per the approved QA/QC plan/program including use of applicable non-destructive test activities by Contractor; 7.Ensure that Contractor maintains proper QA/QC record files at site. 8.Ensure that the Contractor correctly submits all record files (Plans and Reports, etc.) to the Client as per the Project Agreements requirements; 9.Ensure that all project documentation is in accordance with ISO-9001 quality requirements and Client electronic document management system (EDMS) requirements; 10.Ensure that all procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up and operational HSE aspects are included by the Contractor as required by the Project Agreements, Client vision, and best international standards and reviewed by Owner’s Engineer. 11.Resolve outstanding issues and close out the EPC Contract and other contracts . 12.Perform performance evaluation of EPC , Vendors Subcontractors, and report to the Client periodically
