• Job Details:Responsible for the construction firefighting operation yard. Organizing construction process that ensures the most effective return on assets with standard and safety requirements. Ensure that firefighting systems according to NFPA standards and codes for installation besides testing, quality control according to engineering principles are installing properly, fire extinguishers, sprinklers, and gas systems. Responsible for planning & controlling required material. Responsible for quantity inventory for the project. Responsible for construction process, solving problems and decision making. Safety standards. Make daily work reports, requirements are completed on schedule.

• Job Details:Responsible for the construction firefighting - HVAC systems operation yard. Responsible for maintenance, firefighting system and elevator. Organizing maintenance process that ensure the most effective return on assets with standard and safety requirements. Ensure that firefighting systems are working properly, including alarm systems, fire extinguishers, sprinklers, and gas systems. Responsible for planning & controlling required material. Performing accurate records of maintenance activities, including elevators, compressors. Responsible for maintenance process, solving problems and decision making. Conducting periodic inspection of elevators to ensure their safety and effectiveness, and to ensure their compliance with local and international safety standards. Implement preventive maintenance procedures to avoid unplanned breakdowns, such as lubricating moving parts, checking cables, and testing brakes. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions, such as problems with engines, hydraulic systems, or control systems. Make daily work reports, requirements are completed on schedule.
