• Job Details:Creating ,implementing ,and managing the processes necessary to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.  providing and interpreting financial information.  Manage funds in such a manner as to maximize return on investment while minimizing risk.  Communicate with stockholders and other investors to provide information.  analyzing change and advising accordingly. Page 2 of 6  researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.  Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.  Take responsibility for overall management and formulating strategic and long-term business plans.  conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.  Maintain day to day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the trustee board.  Advice on the proper alloctation of resources.  Act as cheque signatory for and authorise expenditure up to limits as agreed .  Ensure that all finances are properly admistered and monitored ,including credit control.  Leading and developing the finance department .  Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.  Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts .e.g. auditors, bankers, statutory organization.  Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.  Monitors and interprets cash flows and predicts future trends.  Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis.  developing and managing financial systems/models.  Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.  Preparing , Managing Budget ,preparing variance reports and its reasons.  Preparing financial statements ( balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).  Preparing financial reports analysis such as (trend analysis, profitability analysis, liquidity analysis, effectiveness Management analysis).  Preparing capital budget ,sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis.  Handle reporting taxes and dealing with taxation authorities.  Keeping aware of change financial regulation and legislations.  Responds to inquiries from Top Management regarding financial results, special reporting requests .  Ensure accounting policies and procedures are implemented and in compliance with overall company polices.  Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management ( DashBoard Report).  Recruitment, motivation, selection, training and promotion of financial staff.
