• Job Details:Lead and coordinate the daily operation of the A/P • Oversee the construction Interim Certificate process and ensure timely payment of construction invoices, including monitoring and resolving issues. • Analysis & allocated Direct and indirect Cost report For each Cost Center • Reviews and handling Construction summary for all subcontractors. • Reviews for All Company Taxes with Tax Authority’s. • Control Company fixed assets and depreciation on monthly basis. • Manages the stores and ensure the application of documentary cycle and supervision of the annual inventory. • Preparing accounting entries for monthly adjustments. • Reviews for all Sales and Marketing Expenses & G&A Expenses according to Budget. • Prepares monthly management financial reporting package • Complete the banks reconciliations • prepare annual budget and quarter forecast • Review The budget report with actual performance of money spent • Response to inquiries on a timely manner • Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow Management reporting
