    • Job Details:Responsibilities: • Managing sales departments of, Modern trade, Traditional trade, and While sale. • Managing stuff off, 2 section managers, 12 Salesmen, 45 merchandisers, 4 promoters and one salesman for the wholesale. • Preparing a yearly target and required yearly forecasting. •Plan, negotiate annual promotional calendar/trade events, rentals, marketing activities and budgets with the suppliers. • Responsible for negotiating and renewals the contracts and rentals spaces between the company and the customers. • Focusing on all brands availability in store 100 % of time in 100 % of customers • Manage and control the stock to avoid close to expiring returns and control damages in stock. • Executing brand strategies in all outlets that include pricing strategies, POSM, initiatives, thematic displays and all other trade marketing activities. • Responsible for communicating volume forecasts and leading the execution of business plans. • Ensuring personal development plans for section managers through work and development plan process. • Work frequently with Section Managers & Sales Reps, (at all levels of the trade) to understand customer systems/needs. Develops effective approaches for better business results. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Proactive leadership in selling to customers • Structuring the unit leading to optimal productivity results. • Responsible for collection of the whole unit. • Ensuring the implementation of business fundamentals in the whole unit (distribution, pricing, shelving spaces and merchandising) •Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. •Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. •Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. •To maintain completely and carefully all records requested by the management and to fill out promptly all reports requested. •Daily follow and reporting for the sales calls and returns of the assigned sales force. •Make daily/weekly / monthly sales plan for salesmen and a list of sales points to be visited during the day/week/month. • Analyze on a monthly basis the unit results, action plans, and update management with progress through a monthly report. Reports directly to Owner & General Manager.
