• Job Details:Responsible for fulfilling the accounting & reporting function for three Operating Subsidiaries (Egypt, Lebanon & Iraq), Manage the strict timely basis group reporting process as well as the general accounting reconciliation to insure accuracy & adequacy of the reported figures and accounting information. Responsible for strengthen the efficient internal control environment and continually improvement processes in accounting environment & drive needed changes. Perform financial analysis and projection processes, ensure transparent accounting presentation environment in accordance with the international standard –IFRS- and group financial & administrative manual "FAM" & authority matrix. Monitor business operations related to financial processes, Perform analysis for actual results and prepare short term cash flow forecasts, and Short-term plans - P/L & balance sheet – on divisional level. Conduct consolidated expenses review. Generate analyses to explain current trends direction and variances in financial reports. Assist in prepare financial presentations for the Board of Directors and division president.
