• Job Details:• Prepare journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts • Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. • • Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports. • Analyzes and reconciles expenditure and revenue accounts. • Makes wire transfers and journal funding transfers and reconciles monthly bank statements. • Calculates and prepares reimbursement billings and tracks receivables and reconciles monthly accounts receivable. • Prepares audit schedules for external auditors • Prepares and files annual financial statements • Assists with the preparation of the annual and mid-year budgets. • Assists with the fiscal year-end and fixed asset accounting. • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
