• Job Details:• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices. • Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks and bank transfers. • recording all sales transactions in the Erp system and review Sales transactions with clients documents to ensure data is correct. • generate and send out invoices and follow up on, collect and allocate payments. • monitor Client account details for non-payments, delayed payments. • communicate with clients via phone, email, or personally to Discuss about the best ways to pay off debts, determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, answer client questions regarding problems with their accounts. • Generate accounting reports to direct managers as required. • Generate customer account statements, handle end-year customer balances confirmation and review the customer database to do the best to keep it correct and clear.
