• Job Details:Manage all accessories store, lean & engineer thinking of how to make the processes smoothly with less resources, money and time, and improve them. Conduct problem solving and escalate the problem if out of scope. Follow up weekly shipment to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure sufficient input is provided for all lines on a daily basis. Follow up line planning with planning department to ensure on-time delivery. Solve problems using scientific methods.

• Job Details:NPT report analysis, provide training to supervisor & worker, follow up SOP for the sewing floor, study the PON system, time & motion study for operations, data analysis for output and time.
