• Job Details:● Developing company work flow (Documentation and Automation). ● Set the company organizational structure. ● Establish supply chain management and involved departments work flow. ● Develop new suppliers and items and supply plan. ● Put the strategic sales plan for local and overseas sales . ● Marketing for new segments (local and foreign) ● Assist chairman for all management consultancies . ● Scope of enhancement area includes: ▪ Sales ,Customer service and Marketing. ▪ HR and Administrative affairs. ▪ Logistics ,Import ,Export, Inland transportation and Warehousing. ▪ Supply chain Management ,Planning ,Production ,purchasing and merchandising . ▪ Finance Dep. (Accounting, Taxes ,customer accounts,payroll,..etc.). ● Develop An ERP system to integrate all department in an automated system .
