• Job Details:- Responsible for Implement, operate and monitor Windows/Linux environment, including SQL, MYSQL, Oracle, storage, and custom applications. - Implementing and managing VOIP (trixbox). - Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection, setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords. - Monitoring network usage. - Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers. - Perform backend preventive maintenance work, including Operating System and software application upgrades/patches. - Maintenance on production servers with strong emphasis on process to ensure uptime - Refine documentation of systems, troubleshooting guides, and procedures. - Perform system and Data backups and restores; perform regular restore tests. - Handling all Hosting related Issue (implementation, securing, troubleshooting).
