• Job Details:Maintaining, testing, and improving business and system operations. - Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities. - Support the associate Director of Finance with the facilitation of any external or internal audit. - Sending the monthly report to the associate director of Finance with any suggested actions and discrepancies. - Data entry and processing of the payment through the SAP accounting system - Review current service agreements for cost-effectiveness and recommend changes as appropriate. - Ensuring accurate billing of customers. - Handling billing problems and disputes. - Making required adjustments to customer accounts. - Improving and redesigning processes. - Maintaining records and documentation. - Maintaining confidentiality of information - Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations. - Communicating Ideas and viewpoints to Senior Management. - Identifying and addressing Operational, Financial, and technological risks within the business. - Elicit and document business and systems requirements. - Develop and execute test plans. - Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
