• Job Details:• Setup, configure and maintain monitoring for the deployed systems • Maintain the company knowledge base related to deployment of new applications and resolutions for known issues • Write internal administration guides for the applications and trains the staff in case of new deployment processes are introduced • Install and configure clients’ environments on request - onsite or offsite • Perform advances investigation of issues including network troubleshooting • Diagnose and resolve day-to-day live system issues in timely manner based on their severity • Clear understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and documentation standards • Maintain ongoing communication with end-users, business analysts, QA team, and development team on reported issues • Ability to write, modify, and execute SQL queries for SQL database • Configuration of local machines to clone client's production environment for troubleshooting reported issues • Effectively record and monitor progress of all issues raised, providing feedback to the business users as required • Liaise with other support/development teams to resolve cross system issues • Maintain application support documentation • Test configuration changes in a test environment prior to pushing into production • Design and support application reports • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed • Read and recognize the function of SQL queries to perform troubleshooting related to application changes and releases

CRM / IPCC / ESB / Provisining EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsibilities includes providing L2 support for the CRM issues assigned or escalated by the MS Operations team • Perform CRM routine tasks and changes required in the respective modules as per the rectifications and incidents restoration plan • Software loading, configuration integration, verification, and troubleshooting of existing solutions on a customer site or in a lab environment • Routine work includes activation, deactivation, suspend, resume service, sim and MSISDN inventory management, blacklist number, suspected MSISDN, new number creation etc. • Handling CRM services that includes Batch, API , SOAP • Handle UAT with customer in Testbed and Production for new features delivered on site • Comply to SLAs with provided solutions • Repetitive work on daily , weekly and Monthly basis includes activation, deactivation, retention, offer attachment, double data offer attach and detach • Track and report recurring problems or failures and provide associated consequences of problems if there is a business impact to Customer

GNOC FOFull Time

• Job Details:• Network supervision 24 /7 to assure immediate alarm and problems detection. • First line of analysis and troubleshooting for detected problems . • Dispatching, Escalation and notification for problems and interacting with different support team. • Following up until the end solution of the problem Adhere to SLAs committed and ensure proper follow up of network faults until closure • Ensure problems reporting, periodical reporting • Assuring the maximum level of network availability • Produce regular reports on the status of the network in a timely manner with up to date information on the evolving network. • Responsible for notification and escalation during shift.
