• Job Details:• The first contact line for all production issues 24/7. • Handles daily support activities for live systems, ensuring a high level of service availability by restoring faulty services appropriately, and in a timely manner. • Gathers and analyzes reports and logs from production systems for troubleshooting of malfunctioning components or services, and to prevent new issues before they take place. • Monitor and manage the bank AIX production and pre-production servers and their performance. • Monitor and manage the local production servers and their performance on UNIX & Windows platforms. • Reports issues to higher level support teams when needed, and follows them up till final resolution • Prepare statistical reports and documentations to evaluate and analyze the production services according to our local SLA. • Help and support all local IT teams with issues related to the production system. • Provide phone support to the bank staff for issues related to the core banking. • Manage and lead projects between Egypt and Paris IT teams to improve the production services. • Test all programs and components before installation on the production servers. • Prepares and performs interventions on production systems for bug correction, configuration change, providing a detailed and accurate written procedure for each intervention. • Create and provide a professional report for the management for each critical incident.

IT Operations Specialist - SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for Opening / Closing of the bank system. • Manage all daily & monthly files transferring between the bank system and the outsourced companies. • Print daily & monthly bank statements. • Print the daily departments’ reports. • Reports Archiving. • Signatures and reports server administrator.
