• Job Details:o Applying the company’s management agenda. o Planning, directing and organizing the financial functions of the organization by applying financial/accounting principles. o Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, strategic financial planning and analysis, financial accounting reporting (CFO reports). o Monitoring cash flow to ensure the stability of finances. o Day-to-day activities of the administration and finance departments. o Following up with the Public Relations Officer (Muaqab) and Immigration Offices (Work Permit, Iqamas, transfer and issue visas, etc.) o Following up on renewal of licence of the company with the Municipality (Baladiya), certificates of employees, commercial registration, investment licence, Fire and Safety Department, etc. o Evaluating the organization’s fiscal performance and advising on long term planning. o Dealing with external parties such as auditors & Department of Zakat and Income. o Supervising and guiding accounts operations to ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of accounts. o Overseeing all aspects of finance & cost control of the business.

• Job Details:o Act as a representative of accounting sector within the strategic directions in the corporate o Preparing financial statements. o Planning of department activities. o Developing methodology needed to achieve corporate goals. o Tracking expenses directions on different levels. o Implementing corporate policies in accounting services. o Integrating with other departments and business units. o Preparing financial reports to board of directors & other business units. o Monitoring corporate long term investments & cost capitalization o Dealing with external parties such as taxes and financial auditors. o Developing; training & Follow accounting team. o Applying depreciation & amortization policy o Preparing reports of projects cost. o Monitoring (A/P & A/R) accounts. o Auditing journal entries & ledger accounts.
