• Job Details:● Manage staff as well as participating in setting measurable objectives and KPIs for department. • Ensure that customer satisfaction is met and that all customer complaints are handled promptly and appropriately • Continuous assessment and evaluation of staff and operation performance of department. • Review and approving the export & import documents to assure its compliance with the agreed terms • Supervise logistics executives to ensure perfect compliance and timely deliveries while maintain reliable relationships with transportation and shipping solutions suppliers • Prepare shipping policies and procedures for export, import & cross business consignments • Provide with proposals and recommendations needed for job requirements • Prepare budget of department and follow up implementation according it • Review contracts of the carriers & service providers • Follow up the shipping process until delivering import & export shipments • Arrange purchasing orders priorities in cooperation with sales and production departments' schedules and arrange shipping schedules accordingly • Contacting Clients & Suppliers announcing them with shipping market news and new governmental regulations • Prepare regular statistics for department activities • Prepare regular supply chain reports to company management • Cooperate with marketing department in preparing pricing policy of company products • Review and maintain documentation system.
