Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire group of companies. My duties include but are not limited to the following:
 Identify, design and implement strategic HR projects.
 Coordinate and ensure implementation and observance of Group HR policies, grading & salary scale, bonus plan, recruitment, training & development & appraisal.
 Review and manage HR department budget.
 Co-ordinate recruitment and lead induction, as appropriate.
 Co-ordinate the implementation of all Training and Development programs.
 Monitor and support day-to-day HR activities, with regular briefs and meetings to ensure appropriate advice and support is given.
 Gather and analyze market data to benchmark employee compensation and benefits packages, and make recommendations as appropriate.
 Work closely with senior and line managers, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, restructuring of services, performance management, personnel planning, redundancy, etc.), in order to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management across the Company.
 Prepare management reports (e.g. headcount, open positions, average salary per department, etc.) as and when required.
 Develop an employee-oriented company culture to emphasize quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention, training and development, and high performance/motivation.
 Establish and oversee local and international travel arrangements system.
