• Job Details:o Main responsibilities ‎  Performing researches for a new suppliers and sourcing products which‏ ‏comply with ‎the ‎company strategy‎ to obtain the highest value-added to both the company and the ‎customers. ‎  Completing QA to select the proper supplier considering the technical, financial and ‎the logistics concepts. ‎  Settling ‎down better deals and agreements with the‎ current suppliers to increase ROI.‎  Negotiating the incoterms and product prices to achieve the placed target.‎  Issuing the PO with considering demand forecasted Qty, the seasonality, and the ‎products diversity. In addition to, sustaining continuous feeding of the product to the ‎retailers. ‎  Ensure that shipment data at the original documents sets are correct, in addition to ‎tracking the ship progress until the warehouse receipt. ‎  Updating the supplier products range ‎to meet both the market ‏and our customers’ ‎requirements.‎  Maintaining an adequate turnover with suppliers’ despite the current challenges.‎  Continuously tracking the market feedback, changes, and competitors. ‎  Monitoring the stocks aging and sales movement to achieve the healthy stock.‎  Setting up a meeting with the customer to collect the feedback.‎  Attending suppliers meetings with presentable meeting points. ‎  Supporting suppliers with the government, the customs authorities, the central Bank, ‎the EOS rules and regulations updates. ‎  Registering the products and following the changes according to the UNECE and the ‎GOIEC regulation.‎ o Side responsibility ‎:‎  Improving the main warehouse operations (receiving and delivering the goods)‎  Improving the distribution operation (maintain the highest delivery time)‎  Implementation of the Oracle (transfer and enhance the company data)‎

Sales EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:o Main responsibility ‎  Surveying the market for products and competition ‎  Support in procurement and preparing both financial and technical offer based on the ‎received BOQ, BOM, and/or drawing.‎  Perform detailed draft outlines with the technical specifications for procurement and ‎manufacturing.‎  Issuing offers, PI, SO, and/or CI with the agreed contracting terms. ‎  In site installation supervising ‎  Handling the product deliveries.‎  Communicate and meet new customers for offering our products or preview the sites.‎  Preparing the required material such as samples technical drawing, company portfolio, ‎and product brochures to fulfill the customer requirements efficiently. ‎
