• Job Details:Maintenance Engineer at Egyptian group for medical systems at Fresenius medical care-EG in Tenth of Ramdan city This factory is producing human dialysis solution and powder. I am reporting to the director of the factories my responsibilities is 1- water station process 2- preparation and filtration of the solution and send it to filling machine 3- maintenance of solution filling machine with PLC system 4- maintenance of powder filling machine 5- firefighting system 6- transformer and power factor electrical panels Projects: 1- Canister factory Designing and supervising the building of the factory and installing machines: Kaimei Blowing machine for canister, Yuzumi injection machine for caps, crusher machine, air compressor from Atlas Copco, chiller from Kaissy for industrial and pipes and electrical connections and firefighting system. All designs and supervision of the start of the project was my main objective. 2- In Fresenius medical care factory : a- Epoxy maintenance and replacement old on with new self-leveling 3 mm layer epoxy b- Replacing st.st filling machine tank with new bigger one with level sensors and control panel c- Designing and supervising new HVAC system with chiller cooling system and it must be with differential pressure between rooms as it is clean rooms class D d- Installing chiller and city water tank to reduce the temperature of the city water that enters the water station to reduce the amount of the conductivity of the RO water that we use for preparation the HD solution I studied hard and learned a lot to design and supervise these projects as I was the only engineer in the factory and my manager is pharmacist. I have only two technicians I taught them the maintenance of the machines and the production of the water station and how to monitor it. I issued work instructions for the water station, maintenance of the HVAC system, maintenance of the machines, firefighting system checking, IQ and OQ tests of the new projects and daily shutdown procedure

• Job Details:Egyptian group for medical systems in Fresenius medical care-EG factory and EGMED factory, March 2015 – till now These factories are producing human dialysis solution, sodium bicarbonate powder and blood lines family. I am reporting to the director of the factories. My responsibilities are Water treatment process monitoring all analysis like conductivity ,PH and flow rate also responsible for preventive maintenance of water station controls ,cleaning filters and sanitization processes Supervising and operating the filtration process during the preparation and filling processes Responsible for maintenance of filling machines and Utilities in FMC-EG factory Responsible for maintenance of Extrusion machine, packaging machine and Utilities in EGMED factory Responsible for maintenance of blowing ,injection, crusher, auto loader , chiller and compressor in Canister factory. Responsible for HVAC sys, AC units, HSE, Electrical panels and infrastructure in all factories. Communicate directly with the production department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas Communicate directly with QA team to assure the maintenance is done with respect to QA policies and procedures. Implement any upgrades and projects in plants. Assure that maintenance technicians are well trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance plan can be timely and cost reduction accomplished. Review and initiate work instructions and SOPs for maintenance processes. Following up production rate to improve the efficiency and reduce operating time and cost. Participating in design and the works in any new projects. All the works has been done according to MOH standards, GMP, QMS, ISO 9001, 13485, CE mark , 14001 and 45001 Issuing the budget of the maintenance for the year. Projects Canister factory Designing and supervising the building of the factory and installing machines: Kaimei Blowing machine for canister, Yuzumi injection machine for caps, crusher machine, air compressor from Atlas Copco, chiller from Kaissy for industrial, sanitation works, electrical connections and firefighting system. All designs and supervision of the start of the project was my main objective. at factories : Designing and supervising new HVAC system with chiller cooling system and it must be with differential pressure between rooms as it is clean rooms class D. Installing new water station in FMC-EG factory and preparing required protocol URS,DQ,IQ,OQ and participating with QC dept in PQ New water station double RO is producing up to 6 m^3/ hr with respect of Pharmacopeia and MOH requirements New production lines like clean cart and filling powder machine area design and establish machines with DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ Issuing work instructions and procedures like for the water station, maintenance of the HVAC system, maintenance of the machines, HSE firefighting system checking, IQ and OQ tests of the new projects and daily shutdown procedure. With respect to MOH standards, GMP, ISO 13485:2016, CE mark and ISO 9001:2015 Production section head from Jan 2021 till now Working as production section head in Fresenius medical care EG factory responsible for all production dept. activities from planning and production till finished product on ERP system
