• Establishment of internal audit function and design the internal audit manual, internal audit plan using risk base approach, reporting the areas for improvement and help the organization to explore new type of activities which in return increase the group portfolio by 10 %, on the other hand managed to achieve cost saving over many process specially in maintenance, fixes assets disposal, eliminate redundant insurance and construction. • Ensure the efficiency of internal audit performance and the compliancy with the IIA standards. • Help the organization to achieve their targeted transformation through promoting the culture and increase the awareness of internal audit importance, GRC “Governance, Risk and Compliance ". • Help the group (as consultant) In design policies and procedures project by assess/redesign Travco Group’s policies and procedures for all functions “/ • Promoting risk and control awareness and help in developing the company risk register
