• Job Details:The ADF Information Technology Branch is responsible for all ICT operations, including (Data Centers – SOC – Network Infrastructure - Applications – Cybersecurity plan –...) for the ADF Headquarter and all Subordinate units (Military units – Air defense college – Air defense houses – Air defense village and stadium -...) located throughout the country. Key Responsibilities • Manage ICT staff, develop institution goals, and collaborate with senior leadership to develop ICT strategies aligned with the ADF missions. • Manage ICT facilities for mission-critical applications and systems. • Overseeing the maintenance, upgrading, and optimization of the IT infrastructure, including Datacenter, SOC, and light current systems. • Manage data center operations, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery capabilities for critical systems and applications. • Predicted and incorporated future growth needs of the IT, integrating expanding budgetary and staffing requirements into yearly planning. • Overseeing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers. • Explaining to the board of directors and other executives the benefits and risks of new ICT-related projects. • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and operation continuity. • Implementing robust cybersecurity measures to protect ADF systems, data, and networks from cyber threats and attacks. • Providing ICT training and education to ADF personnel at all levels.
