• Job Details:• Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies. • Preparing the purchasing annual budget plan . • Reduce expenses and maximizing department source utilities. • Represent the company in a knack negotiation of prices, terms and contracts and formulating policies with suppliers to close with the optimal deal in accordance with the company’s policy. • Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability and alternative sources of supply • Seek and partner with reliable suppliers. • Successfully establishing business networking. • Solve the problems raised with suppliers. • Evaluate suppliers to develop and improve them and get the best utility of suppliers’ base • Determine quantity and timing of deliveries. • Maintain records of goods ordered and received. • Assess, manage and mitigate risks. • Coordinate with treasury department regarding the L/Cs. • Cooperate with finance dept. to settle the suppliers’ invoices. • Participate in interviewing and hiring staff. • Develop and training purchasing subordinate team. • Supervising the clearance process. • Assigning the KPIs of purchasing team.
