• Job Details:- Purchasing & maintaining vehicles for the company. - Deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles. - Assisting in the recruitment of qualify drivers into the fleet. - Developing efficient driver schedule to maximize profits. - Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedule. - Registering & licensing all vehicles under their management. - Maintaining detailed records of vehicles servicing & inspections. - Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance times to ensure operational efficiency. - Enduring strict servicing & maintenance times to minimize downtime & maintain schedule. - Monitoring drivers’ behaviors & ensuring a high level of customer service. - Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers & track vehicles in case of theft.

Administration ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Administering payroll for all staff. - Managing Social Insurance for all staff. - Managing the time & attendance. - Responsible for bank deposits. - Responsible for all fleets in maintenance, registering & licensing. - Supervise all drivers and responsible for their whole transactions.

• Job Details:- Following up on all drivers’ time, attendance and leaves. - Maintaining fleets’ maintenance, fuels, and licenses. - Responsible for dealing with all insurance companies. - Composing monthly reports for evaluating all fleets & drivers
