• Job Details:Ensure IT policies and ADHICS standards compliance for data access and retention. Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, VMware, Office 365, and network security. Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, DNS, DHCP, remote desktop services, FTP, and file servers. Manage user accounts, groups, and NTFS policies. Install, monitor, and manage virtual machines on Microsoft Hyper-V servers and backup NAS Storage. Resolve Microsoft Outlook, email, and internet-related issues for users. Provide technical support to end-users and maintain inventory management for IT equipment. Implement daily, weekly, and monthly backup procedures and disaster recovery protocols. Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and lead recovery operations for OS and system components.

Health Information System OfficerFull Time

• Job Details:Supervise vaccination campaign dashboard & Ministry's databases. Train supervisors, team members, health officers on IT systems and Ministry's software. Coordinate with NGOs and management to design data workflows. Support PHCs as Ministry's focal person for health services' software. Configure Cisco Telephony Network, access points, routers, and switches. Provide IT & technical support, troubleshoot server, network, and endpoints. Secure network by configuring firewall applications. Monitor Ministry's Domain and Internet. Executing Database Administrator duties.
