• Job Details:1. Maintaining and operating all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems building management systems, and building repairs. 2. Performing ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on the facility: mechanical, electrical, firefighting and other installed systems. 3. Assigning and scheduling work tasks with other facility technicians in a team-oriented environment, and performing initial evaluations of building systems and distribute work assignment. 4. Performing facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations. 5. Preparing and submitting summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken. 6. Reviewing and maintaining logbooks for completion of a particular task. 7. Delegating work responsibilities. 8. Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintaining and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation. 9. Driving continuous improvement of processes & system operation. 10. Controlling expenses to meet budget requirements. 11. Supporting any after – hours building needs and activities as required. 12. Complying with all safety procedures and requirements. 13. Complying with the building codes and environmental standards.
