• Job Details:1-Manage all Electro-mechanical projects activities, manpower, material, equipment’s, suppliers, subcontractors and store stock. 2- Design, erection, test and commissioning of HVAC, Fire Fighting and fire alarm systems. 3- Design, erection, test and commissioning of Fire Fighting pump station, Booster Pump Station and Sewage lift Station. 4- Review design, erection, test and commissioning of machinery room for waste water treatment plant. 5- Describe electric control panel, operation sequence and protections for sewage lift station, booster pump and fire water pumps. 6- Manage electromechanical maintenance projects of sewage lift station, firefighting systems and pump stations and waste water treatment plant. 7- Pricing for tender electromechanical projects. 8- Review Design, workshop Drawings, B.O.Q, S.O.W, material submittals and projects invoice. 9- Negotiation, discussions and agreements with consultant, owner represented engineers, projects owners and suppliers. 10- Projects hand over, Site Survey, test and commissioning activities. 11- Co-ordination between suppliers, purchase, finance departments and projects needs. 12-Technical support for technical office and projects managers and electromechanical site engineer engineers. 13-Review and specify project specifications according to application and operation condition.
