• Job Details:Lead and advice the accounting department team, Auditing all accounting entries established from all modules and posting it to accounting module using ERP system , reviewing and approving all contracts, current, and final invoices (sub-contractors & supplies ) , reviewing and approving the list of outgoing payments weekly ,reviewing &approving the funding requests for the projects then the settlement statements and monitoring the balance of the custodian weekly ,Reviewing and approving the daily cash movements , Reconciling bank accounts against bank statements to assure bank statements accuracy. ,Audit monthly sales tax and salary tax reports ,Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, Preparing and executing different tax issues examinations

• Job Details:Establish a completely efficient ERP Ascon system ,Design chart of accounts, Lead the accounting department team, manage all accounting cycle using computerized accounting systems, Establishing and maintaining internal control systems to assure segregation of duties, strong controls and compliance with polices and safeguard of assets .Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts ,Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs ,Help management make financial decisions ,monitor and control the flow of cash that comes in and goes out of the company to meet the company's business and investment needs., dealing with banks, negotiating for obtaining banking facilities, follow up LC , LG &Overdraft accounts ,Time deposits , ,manage foreign vendors accounts and prepare the cost of foreign purchase,Reconciling bank accounts against bank statements to assure bank statements accuracy and manage appropriate money transfer between different accounts upon management concurrence ,Overseeing the performance of purchasing department to assure compliance to the company policy ,Audit monthly sales tax and salary tax reports, Preparing and executing different tax issues examinations
