Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:▪ Perform daily inspection & maintenance on production line equipment. ▪ Ensure that the maintenance workshop provides timely support to the production operation and other functions. ▪ Categorizing spare parts and specifying their rate of consumption and inventory control. ▪ Spare parts requirements for all production line equipment. ▪ Choice of suppliers and evaluating the performance of suppliers with procurement department. ▪ Improving inspection Methods of spare parts. ▪ Setting Preventive Maintenance Programs. ▪ Setting the yearly maintenance budget, Monitoring and Controlling expenses. ▪ Lead problem solving and coaches the maintenance team on process improvement. ▪ Communicate maintenance activities and performance regularly to Plant Manager and Other department heads. ▪ Rotation and sharing tasks between production manager and maintenance manager every three months. ▪ Consults with production personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needs. ▪ Ensure efficient maintenance and up keeping of all buildings, grounds, and equipment. ▪ Ensure safe operating conditions and promptly correct unsafe conditions
