• Job Details:●Position: Civil Engineer, (Project manager). ●Projects under my management: Extension projects for the group. (Rendering plants, water treatment plants, Authal celebrating Hall, watania Hyper market, watania petrol station, watania Central labs., watania healthy club, New gates, staff football soccer, hatchry#8, Rearing houses, Further plant, Laying houses.) In AL-QASSIM & ALJOUF area, KSA. ●Client: Sulaiman Al-Rajhi group (watania). ●Projects Management: Sulaiman Al-Rajhi group (watania) "PMC". ●Projects consultant: Sulaiman Al-Rajhi group (watania) (technical office). ●Projects costs: 3.8 bn SAR. ●Projects description: industrial, residential and specified projects. All projects are executed from concrete, steel structures or mixed type with all items as per tender DWG. , B.O.Q, MS, specifications, MEP works. ●All works done as per civil defense, Municipality, Safety regulations. Job Responsibilities: 1. Define and Establish detailed Project Execution Phases, sequencing of activities in coordination with the consultant team. 2. Design and implement production systems based on the following factors:  Minimize waste and maximize value  Efficient and effective utilization of resources – Human, Materials, Plant & Equipment.  Production flow – Ensuring all required inputs are made available prior to start any activity  Project Milestones  Planned cost / budget requirements  Construction Risk analysis and contingency planning  Product Quality requirements  Construction safety 3. Conduct Daily Production Planning Brief prior to commencing work to discuss and ensure the following:  Daily production requirements.  Coordination with contractors and subcontractors.  Work constraints.  Availability of required resources.  Allocation of Responsibilities. 4. Maintenance of Construction Schedules and various resource requirements to meet the required progress and production requirements. 5. Review short term Weekly / bi weekly and daily production Programmes, and review progress on daily basis 6. Coordinate with Planning and Procurement teams to schedule materials delivery on time. 7. Coordination of contractors and Subcontractors work, perform regular technical and progress / productivity meetings with them. 8. Overall management and control Site store and materials supply. 9. Monitoring and controlling the use of Plant / Equipment on Site, ensuring regular maintenance is carried out. 10. Monitoring and compiling relevant information on production rates. 11. Follow up and monitor design changes to Ensure Confirmation of Verbal Instruction is initiated. 12. Follow up and implementation of Safety procedures, aiming for Zero Accident and ensuring compliance by all site personnel, take necessary disciplinary actions against any person failing to adhere to safety requirements, Take necessary actions in case of any accident. 13. Follow up on site instructions (SI), (NCR's) issued by the Consultant and take necessary actions for closing the instruction in a timely manner. 14. Planning, coordination, controlling pre commissioning and final hand over of the project, and ensure that all snagging items are completed and handed over. 15. Ensures the procurement of all required legal certificates, approvals, and permits from the authorities to process the works. 16. Plans the day to day works and prepares all required reports, and makes frequent site tours. 17. Reviews purchase orders of site staff and signs site receipt documents. 18. Reviews the site Quality department observations noted on the inspection reports, act to remedy with the site staff in coordination with the PQM 19. Ensures all activities are performed in accordance with the contract and the construction schedule. 20. Implements and ensures that all personnel under his authorities understand their responsibilities, comply with the company quality system, PQP during all construction operations, and at all levels they are aware of their responsibilities with regard to the quality system requirements. 21. Ensures all activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings and documents and ensures that only the latest revisions of approved ones are used. 22. Ensures no work is commenced before all required approvals are received 23. Ensure with production personnel of product compliance prior to submitting work for inspection. 24. Ensures engineers regularly verify the calibration status of surveying instruments and other used inspection and testing equipment and that a record of calibration is retained. 25. Verifies that operatives, including contractors and subcontractors have adequate training and experience to perform appointed duties. 26. Inspects important received materials and related documents with the PQM. 27. Prepares cost report in coordination with the site QSM and storekeeper manager. 28.
